Pechon and Oyambre beaches
We have a number of beautiful beaches to visit, which are almost as stunning as the ride to get there. A trip to the beach won’t cost you anything extra, just let us know if you need a beach towel and a packed lunch.

Cares gorge walk
A stunning walk through the ‘Garganta del Cares’ will have you catching your breath regularly along the 12km route, starting in Poncebos and ending in Cain, or vice versa.

Fuente Dé cable car
The ‘Teleférico de Fuente Dé’ is a highlight of the Liebana valley. A stunning 1km ride into the clouds allows an easy way of experiencing the rugged beauty of the Picos de Europa, without the hours of uphill walking.

Fuente Dé walks
There a number of incredible walks which begin with the cable car. From there you can head deeper into the mountains or take the gentle downhill walk back to Espinama. Either way, we’ll make sure you have the right maps and routes.

Kayaking the rio Deva
The rio Deva’s source is in the Picos de Europa and winds it’s way to the beach in Pechon. Along the way there are plenty of opportunities for relaxing kayaking or terrifying white water rafting. Take your pick.

Local produce tour
A trip to a winery and orujo distillery in Frama, visit the famous cheese caves in Brez, sample the fantastic preserves in La Vega, get lost in the markets in Potes. Finish the day with a meal in one of the top restaurants in the area. You’ll sleep well this evening.

Spain’s northern coastline offers fantastic surfing for beginners and pros alike. Our favourite spot in Oyambre is never crowded and provides reliable waves. We can supply the gear and meet you at the beach. You just enjoy the ride there.

The Tresviso walk
Another breathtaking walk, one of the most famous rotes in the Picos. Leaving from Urdon, close to sea level, climb your way along ancient pathways to reach the beautiful village in the sky, Tresviso. Stop and enjoy a hearty cocido stew and local blue cheese before making the return trip. Not one for those with vertigo!

Via ferrata and/or rock climbing
The geology of the Picos offers a host of climbing opportunities including traditional and sport routes. For those new to climbing we can recommend the via ferratas. All the buzz of climbing without the risk. Great fun!
