By making a booking with Mountain Dog Motorcycles / Project Moto you agree to the following:
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Motorcycle Tours
- 30+ days before: Full refund
- 15–30 days: 50% refund
- <15 days: No refund
Motorcycle Rentals & Accommodation
- 14+ days before: Full refund
- 7–14 days: 50% refund
- <7 days: No refund
No refunds for no-shows or early departure.
Rider Requirements
Riders must:
- Hold a valid full motorcycle licence
- Be 18+ and physically fit to ride
- Not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Insurance & Liability
Motorcycles are insured for third-party liability only.
You are responsible for your own personal insurance and ride at your own risk.
Damage & Deposits
You are responsible for any damage, loss or misuse of motorcycles and may be charged accordingly.
Acceptance of risk
Mountain Dog Motorcycles would like to take this opportunity to remind customers that riding motorcycles is dangerous. Damage to property, injury and death are all possibilities arising from this activity. Booking a tour or renting a motorcycle with us signifies the customers accecptance of these risks.
Governing Law
All bookings are governed by Spanish law.
